Services Agreement

By booking with Kass Bodyworks, you agree to these terms for insurance repairs, smash work, paint, custom jobs, or mechanical services. All work meets OEM standards using genuine parts and Spies Hecker paint.

Quotes & Payments

Quotes are free and valid 30 days. Deposits required for private/custom work (wide body, restorations). Full payment due on completion. Insurance claims handled directly—excess contribution available for major jobs.

Hire Cars & Excess

Courtesy cars provided during repairs, subject to availability and insurance approval. We contribute to excess on large jobs at discretion. Fuel/condition charges apply for damages.

Warranties & Liability

All repairs guaranteed 12 months for workmanship. Excludes misuse or external damage. We accept no liability for vehicle contents or delays from parts/insurers.

Cancellations & Bookings

24-hour notice required or deposit forfeited. We reserve right to refuse service. Mechanical/AC regas bookings non-refundable within 48 hours.

Governing Law

New South Wales, Australia. Disputes resolved locally.
